Scaling Fulfilment Services Across ESW Retailers

As retailers continue to blend digital and physical commerce, store networks are becoming strategic fulfilment hubs rather than solely points of sale. This project focused on scaling omnichannel capabilities including Return to Store (RTS), Ship to Store (STS), and Ship From Store (SFS) from a successful Nike implementation to ESW's wider retailer portfolio.

Transforming the Post Purchase Experience

The Shopper Portal transformed support from a fragmented, channel-based experience into a single, intelligent destination that answers all order related questions in one place.

Designing the Next Gen Shopping Experience

As shopping evolves from search-led experiences to AI powered and socially driven discovery, this project explores how consumers are embracing new ways to shop through platforms like Agentic Commerce and TikTok Shop.

"Chandni has always been a pleasure to work with. She is reliable and quick with providing designs and thoughts on design direction. When she has needed any further input, she reaches out immediately. These are important qualities in a UX designer in order to keep things moving and for us in Product to not have to chase is invaluable. She takes ownership, this is very very valuable."

Her communication, both visual and verbal kept engineering, product, and delivery services aligned, while her responsiveness made iteration efficient. The solution we arrived at was both pragmatic, scalable and user-friendly, and her involvement materially improved the quality and speed of decision-making.”
